With 17 years at Xerox, I’ve built a career spanning technical roles, training, sales, sales management, and general manager responsibilities—delivering results at every level. My sales journey began with a defining moment: after nearly leaving sales to return to service, I read Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude by Napoleon Hill. That shift took me from rookie to Top Sales Rep of the Year in my first year, launching a run of consistent President’s Club wins for top sales performance at Xerox. Later, I earned the prestigious Top Sales Manager Award, leading teams with empathy and a focus on sustainable success.
Trained in elite sales methodologies—Miller Heiman, Sandler, Buyer Focused Selling, Challenger Sale, and Target Account Selling—I’ve spent decades refining a practical, trust-based approach to sales. In 2010, I founded my own sales consulting company, helping businesses grow and thrive. From guiding an 8-person company to a 120-person team that secured a successful acquisition, to working with industry giants like Xerox, Cisco, and Microsoft, I’ve empowered countless salespeople to succeed under my leadership.
